We launch subscription apps and scale them with data and AI
Anzar Technologies builds, launches and scales its own portfolio of apps. Every app shares the same stack, the same measurement plan and the same acquisition engine: data-driven funnels, AI-driven ads on Meta and TikTok.

Three disciplines, one loop
Product generates the data, data steers acquisition, acquisition funds the product. Here, all three live in the same team.
Mobile product
iOS and Android apps designed for subscription monetization from the very first line of code.
- Conversion-driven onboarding and paywalls
- Subscription models and free-trial offers
- Multi-market localization and launches
AI-driven ads
Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns powered by AI, from creative production to budget allocation.
- Creatives generated and iterated with AI, tested at scale
- Campaigns optimized on revenue events, not installs
- Budget reallocated weekly under a profitability ceiling
Data & analytics
End-to-end measurement, from the ad impression to the subscription renewal.
- SKAdNetwork attribution, conversion values and MMP
- Product analytics: funnels, cohorts, retention
- LTV and CAC payback modeling
The metrics that drive decisions, not the ones that reassure
Impressions, clicks and installs don't pay the bills. We make calls on the metrics that tie ad spend to revenue actually collected.
- CAC & payback
- The cost to acquire a paying subscriber, and how long it takes to earn it back. The metric that matters most when cash flow does.
- Cohort LTV
- The value generated by each install cohort, broken down by market, product and channel.
- D7 / D30 ROAS
- Return on ad spend at equal cohort age, to compare campaigns without maturity bias.
- D1 / D7 / D30 retention
- Retention curves by cohort, to tell an acquisition problem from a product problem.
- Trial-to-paid conversion
- The share of trials that become subscribers, net of cancellations and billing failures.
- Install-to-subscription funnel
- Every onboarding step instrumented, to pinpoint exactly where friction happens.
- Churn & refunds
- Cancellations and refunds tracked as a real acquisition cost, not as fate.
- Signal quality
- Consistent SKAdNetwork conversion values and reliable events: that signal is what lets ad networks optimize.
Instrument, diagnose, test, scale
The same loop, applied to every one of our apps.
- 01
Instrument
Tracking plan, event taxonomy, SKAdNetwork and MMP attribution, reconciliation with store revenue. Without reliable measurement, no decision is reliable.
- 02
Diagnose
Step-by-step funnel analysis, retention cohorts, breakdowns by market and product. We isolate exactly where value leaks.
- 03
Experiment
A/B tests on onboarding, paywall, pricing and creatives, with a decision threshold set before launch and a properly sized sample.
- 04
Scale
Weekly budget reallocation toward the markets and creatives whose acquisition cost stays under the profitability ceiling.

Our principles
Collected revenue is the source of truth
Ad network dashboards are estimates. Our source of truth is subscription revenue actually collected.
No decisions on a single day
We make calls on weekly windows and sufficient volume. One day's noise is not a signal.
One test, one threshold
Every experiment has its success criterion written down before it starts. We don't reinterpret results after the fact.
Break it down before concluding
An aggregate number often hides a mix effect. Market, product, channel, cohort age: we slice before we decide.

What we do for our apps, we can do for yours
We open our know-how to a few subscription app publishers, on the topics where we are most useful.
Attribution audit
A full review of your measurement setup: SKAdNetwork, conversion values, MMP, events sent to ad networks. We find the leaks before you raise the budget.
Funnel & monetization audit
Analysis of onboarding, paywall, trial offer and retention, with a test roadmap prioritized by expected impact.
Acquisition management
Structuring and running your Meta and TikTok campaigns, with reporting tied to real revenue rather than ad network metrics.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work on your own apps?
Our apps are our testing ground: every method described here is applied there under real conditions. We also support a few subscription app publishers on attribution, funnels and paid acquisition.
Is Anzar raising?
Yes. We're preparing a raise in 2027 to hire a product and growth team and speed up our launch cadence. Investors and angels: reach out, we're happy to walk you through our numbers.
How do you measure acquisition on iOS since ATT?
By combining several sources: SKAdNetwork for aggregated conversions, an MMP for unified attribution, and store revenue as the reference. The critical piece is the conversion value schema: a single writer, a consistent event hierarchy, and values aligned across every ad network.
Which ad platforms do you work with?
Mainly Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, with install campaigns optimized on trial and purchase events rather than on install volume.
What kind of apps?
Consumer apps monetized through subscriptions, often with a free trial, launched across several markets and languages.
